Willamina is six years old and has been in and out of the foster care system for about 3 years. She has been in her current foster home for approximately one year. She and her sister, who is 4 years old, have been placed in care because of neglect and abuse. They have learned very well to fend for themselves.

She is a very bright, loving child who loves to play outside, ride her bike, and help bake. She loves school. The girls have had the opportunity to experience many new and exciting things. For example, we all got to go on a trip to Colorado and see the Rocky Mountains; the Great Lakes and trips to the Dells. Mina has met and bonded with many people and has made many friends that she will always remembers.
