On March 11, 2002 our lives changed forever. We received a call to take in an 18–month girl named Brodie. She gave us so much love. She loves our dog Sadie. Brodie was not talking yet so she started birth to 3 shortly after being placed with us. She did very well with the birth to three program.

She was a very shy girl now almost 3 years later you would not believe how out going she is. We both work full time so she went to day care during the day. Brodie loves to play outside. Brodie is a very energetic, smart, lovable, opinionated 4–year–old little girl.

After about 20 months Brodie’s biological mother’s rights were terminated and her biological father was deceased. After about another long 8 months the day finally came when we were able to adopt her.
